East End Studios, located in Queens, NY under construction

East End Studios, located in Sunnyside, Queens has begun construction.

Just minutes from Midtown Manhattan via the 59th Street Bridge, Sunnyside will feature three large 37’ clear state of the art stages and one purpose-built flex 27; clear stage.

The flex stage serves as an event space, with views of Manhattan from the interior and its expansive terraces.

The facility will also house a 225 spot undergound parking and loading garage, an internalized 8 bay full-sized truck loading dock, and a secondary suite of office, production, suport, commissary and mill spaces spanning over 180,000 square feet.

The facility is equipped to handle all modern XR/VR workflosws.

The New York-based company has plans to add to its portfolio of content-creation space with a new studio in Glendale in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley. With a project of 10 new soundstages, three flex spaces, offices, other support space and a four-level garage.
